New dining block – Original flat roof structure was demolished and then existing dilapidated walls clad with 75 mm thick natural stone ashlar.

Paint removed, brickwork repaired, arches reformed.

Brick, stone and terracotta repairs. Over 17,000 individual bricks replaced, the gable shown separately was totally dismantled due to major structural problems and rebuilt to exactly match original profiles.

Converted into executive apartments.

Extensive stone repairs, stone window surround replacement and general restoration.
